ATM Card Skimming

Skimming devices have been reported on ATMs in Budvas Old Town area and at standalone machines near the Budva bus station. Devices are fitted to the card slot and capture PIN data via a concealed camera. Tourists using ATMs late at night or in isolated locations are the primary target. Compromised cards are then used for online purchases before the victim notices.
