Beach Lounger Double-Charging Scheme

On the public beach stretches near the Ribat and along the Skanès resort beach, informal operators rent sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee, then send a second collector to charge again later in the day, claiming the first payment was not received or only covered a morning slot. Tourists who do not have a receipt have no way to prove they already paid.
