During peak tourist hours on and around Stari Most (Stari Most Bridge), individuals carrying laminated cards or clipboards claim to represent organisations supporting Bosnian War victims, disabled children, or post-war reconstruction charities. After tourists sign, they face heavy pressure for cash donations, sometimes with hands physically guiding the tourist toward their wallet. The organisations listed are typically unregistered.
