Ocho Rios ATM Card Skimming

Standalone ATMs in convenience stores and small shops near the Ocho Rios bus park and along Main Street have been fitted with skimming devices that capture card data and PIN numbers. The devices are often installed on machines that are not affiliated with major Jamaican banks and are difficult to distinguish from legitimate hardware. Card data is typically used for fraudulent online transactions within 24-48 hours.
