Taxis from Tenerife South Airport to Las Americas and Los Cristianos operate on a fixed rate system, but unofficial taxis and drivers quoting above the official rate position themselves ahead of the licensed queue. The official metered fare from the airport to Las Americas is published by the Cabildo of Tenerife and should not exceed approximately 20-25 EUR. Use only taxis from the official rank at the Tenerife South Airport terminal exit. The official rate is posted at the taxi information point inside the terminal. Do not accept rides from vehicles that approach you inside the terminal building. Use the Uber or Cabify app for rides within the resort area.
