Fake garden tickets from scalpers

At popular gardens that require advance reservation, touts outside the gates sell paper 'tickets' that are counterfeit and rejected at the entrance, leaving you out of pocket with no entry. The Humble Administrator's Garden in particular sells out and is not available walk-up on weekends and holidays, which scalpers exploit.
