Fake Boat Trip and Excursion Sellers

Unlicensed excursion sellers operating along the Golden Sands beachfront and resort walkways offer boat trips, dolphin-watching cruises, and day excursions to Varna or Kaliakra Cape at prices below those offered by licensed tour desks. Deposits are collected in cash and the excursion either departs on an unlicensed vessel without safety equipment or simply does not materialise, with the seller absent when guests return to the meeting point.
