Fake "private Derby party" bookings collecting cover charges

Ads on Facebook, Instagram, and in hotel lobbies sell tickets to "exclusive Derby afterparties" with celebrity hosts for 100-500 dollars. Parties either do not exist, feature no advertised celebrities, or are at different venues than listed. Some are held at bars open to the public with no cover for walk-ins.
