Porto Seguros major beach parties and music festivals sell out quickly, and touts outside the main event entrances on Orla Norte sell fake or duplicate digital tickets at full or above-face-value prices. The fake QR codes either fail to scan or have already been used. Victims are turned away at the gate with no recourse for the cash they handed over.
