At the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center (formerly Crocodile Farm) near Puerto Princesa, freelance photographers outside the official gates offer photo packages with animals at prices much higher than those stated inside the facility. Some vendors also sell inaccurate maps or unofficial guidebooks to the attraction. The photo experiences offered by unlicensed operators outside the gate may involve stressed animals and are unregulated.
