Social Media Wine Tour Scam

Fake wine tour operators promote Casablanca and Maipo Valley tour packages through Instagram and Facebook ads, often tagged to Santiago Centro and Providencia locations. Travelers pay $60-$120 per person upfront, receive a confirmation email with generic logos, and are then stood up at the meeting point - typically Plaza Italia or Providencia Metro station. The operator account is deleted after collecting payments.
