Fraudulent Tour Package Operators

Toronto-based travel companies have defrauded tourists with non-existent or grossly misrepresented tour packages, particularly for trips to Asia and Europe. Multiple TripAdvisor complaints document operators collecting deposits and full payments, then repeatedly rescheduling trips citing COVID, disease outbreaks, or logistical issues, ultimately delivering no travel at all. Victims are offered travel credits that cannot be redeemed at the original price, trapping money indefinitely.
