Perspective Photo Photographer Demand

On the main salt flat near Isla Incahuasi and at the Train Cemetery just outside Uyuni, individuals claiming to be professional photographers offer free assistance taking the famous perspective illusion photos. After spending 20 to 30 minutes helping tourists create the shots, they demand payment of USD 10 to 30 per person for a photography service and can become aggressive when payment is refused. In some cases they block access to popular photo spots until payment is made.
