Fraudulent rental listings for apartments and guesthouses in central Varna and near the Sea Garden are promoted through classified websites and social media channels. Scammers post attractive listings at below-market prices, request deposits by bank transfer, then vanish before guests arrive. Victims show up at the supposed property to find it either does not exist, is a real building with no link to any rental, or has been let to someone else entirely.
