Fake Resort Day-Pass Seller

Touts in Batam's Nongsa and coastal resort areas sell day-passes or beach club access tickets to tourists that are either fake or for facilities they have no authority to access. Visitors are turned away at the actual resort gate after paying, often with no possibility of a refund from the tout who has already disappeared. Some touts operate near ferry terminals targeting Singapore tourists who booked Batam day trips independently.
